If you are considering RealtyProMLS® as a new MLS system for your real estate association, we will setup an MLS access for your association so each member can login and use the system FREE for 30 days.. You can submit real listings, get FREE Internet Advertising, and use all of the features FREE of charge with no risk and no obligation. The purpose of the FREE trial is to give everyone an opportunity to use the system, to see how easy it is to use, and to realize all of the benefits of the system -- without having to pay anything up front. After the 30 day FREE Trial, the board and/or membership can vote on the system to decide if you want to select RealtyProMLS® as your long term multiple listing service system!
Yes! If you are interested in the RealtyProMLS® system, please call us and we will be happy to arrange a sales presentation. We can give you a quick tour over the phone via conference call or we can schedule an in person visit from one of our sales associates. Either way, we're glad to show you how it works and answer any questions you might have.
If you are converting from an existing system to RealtyProMLS®, we recommend at least a two month time-line to properly convert the data and make the transition. We will work closely with you every step of the way to make the transition as seamless and smooth as possible. We usually recommend keeping both systems live for about one week during the transition, and we provide several in person training sessions to the members to help them with the transition. We will review the process in detail with you and set conversion dates based on the needs and desires of your association and membership.
The cost may vary slightly depending on the size of the board and the number of MLS participants. Regardless of how many members you have, our goal is to provide you with the absolute best value, and our prices are very very competitive! No! All of the services shown on the Features Tab are included! And unlike most of our competitors, we don't have any guaranteed price increases hidden in our contracts or any "fine print" which allow us to raise prices during the term of our agreement.
If there's one thing that sets us apart from the competition it is our customer service and support! We will "go the extra mile" to help you with any problems you might have and to help you get the most from the RealtyProMLS® system! For new associations and conversions, we usually offer live "in person" training and support. We also do live on site training periodically from time to time as needed as well. Aside from that, we offer real person, live, friendly, toll free phone support on weekdays (with emergency paging service after hours and on weekends). There is also a "Help Section" in the MLS that has video tutorials, on screen demos, and "How To" step by step instructions for every module and feature in the MLS. We also have e-Support within the system which allows you to open up a support ticket and receive step by step instructions and answers to any questions you might have by e-mail!
